the Legislative Council call on the Government to give consideration to Recommendation 24 of the Law Reform, Road and Community Safety Committee’s Inquiry into drug law reform and refer the matter to the Legal and Social Issues Committee for inquiry into alternative drug driving regimes and changes that address the concerns of medical cannabis patients.
